What Services Does LucasaCare Offer?
Adult Foster Care:
The Adult Foster Care Service provides home and community-based services to participants with disabilities. LucasaCare is an alternative to an intermediate care facility servicing people that need support with daily living. Each participant is assigned a Adult Foster Care that provides one on one residential supports to participants that need support with their daily living.
Community Access:
Community Access is designed to assist individuals with their activities in the community. Community access enables participants to exercise their independence while participating in their community.
Respite:
Respite is a residential service that is provided to individuals unable to independently administer self-care on a short term basis due to the absence or need for relief of the individual’s caregiver or Adult Foster Care Provider.
