Adult Foster Care Providers are trained to support participants on their journey to becoming more independent while maintaining lifestyle that supports their individually chosen routines and traditions.
Activities
Each LucasaCare Adult Foster Care Provider features unique programming and activities for the service recipient. A plan is carefully designed and implemented to ensure each participant has an opportunity to participate in a variety of goal enriched activities that challenge the intellectual, physical and spiritual qualities of each participant, ultimately creating a higher quality of life.

LucasaCare bridges the gap between In-home health care, independent living and foster care. Adult Foster Care Providers ensure your loved one has a safe, family-style living environment for adults and seniors that need assistance with the activities of daily living, but do not require a more restrictive institutional setting. Usually there are one or two adult residents supported by each Adult Foster Care Provider to provide more personalized care. Each resident has a customized care plan designed to meet their personal needs and to ensure they have the option to participate in community activities. The Adult Foster Care service is operated by a provider who has received the required training and has displayed the knowledge and experience to provide safe and successful services to participants.
